About Me - Jessica

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the Carlsbad area. My goal is to foster an open, trusting, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment in which clients can feel comfortable to express themselves. My passion is rooted in assisting clients through their journey to achieve goals, find fulfillment, and explore themselves in a safe and caring space. I found my passion in working with couples in all capacities, which soon shifted into working with individuals who were struggling to cope undergoing the process of separation and divorce. Going through divorce is one of the most vulnerable times, which evokes so many different thoughts, feelings, and questions. Going through this time in life requires support and tools for how to move forward. I look forward to guiding each individual on their path to the next phase in their life.
